Location: Partington, M31
Salary: £22,464 (£12.00 per hour)
Full time: 36 hours per week
Time Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator in the Partington area of Manchester. As a Care Coordinator you will play a critical role ensuring that the residents receive high quality, person centred care. Working closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care for residents, considering their individual needs.
The successful applicant will display a compassionate nature, be knowledgeable about health care practices.
Responsibilities:
* Organising shifts
* Administering and recording medication
* Liaising with healthcare professionals
* Updating residents files electronically
* Assist with the induction, training and supervision or care staff
Requirements:
* NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
* Experience supervising a team
* Flexibility around working schedules, roles and responsibilities
* To undertake any training that is deemed needed and mandatory by the company.
* Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
* Excellent customer service.
