As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential facility. Given the regulated nature of our business, candidates are expected to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. The role entails ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents, achieving financial targets, and maintaining full occupancy.This opportunity may be suitable for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Previous experience in managing residential homes.
- Proficient knowledge and a proven track record of meeting CQC standards, with the ability to strive for an "Outstanding" rating.
- Strong communication skills, fostering excellent relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors.
- Demonstrated success in marketing and business skills within the private care sector, overseeing a commercially successful Care Home rated as "Good" or "Outstanding."
- Enthusiasm and passion for advancing person-centered care.
- Capability to actively contribute to the growth and development of the care service.
