We’re recruiting Care Support Workers at our Children’s Hospice
We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our Nurse led care team, providing excellent care and support to children who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
As a Children’s Care Support Worker you will need to have:
- Experience of working with children and families
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- An enjoyment of play and activities
You will work flexibly over a 7 day period; this will include early, late & night shifts as we operate a 24/7 service. We are recruiting both part and full time positions.
Hours: 22.5, 30 and 37.5 weekly hours available per week.
Salary: starting salary £22,721.31 FTE (depending on skills, experience & knowledge) + anti-social pay
The role will require a DBS check - which would be processed and paid for by the Hospice.
