Are you looking for the opportunity to be a vital cog in the wheel within a senior position within the sustainability Industry? Do you have experience administrating contracts worth between £5-30m?
This company specialises in providing sustainable solutions to ensure their clients have more efficient water consumption and reduced carbon emissions, their main priority is to help customers reach their NetZero goals. They work closely with a range of public and private clients to help them achieve their sustainability goals and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.
In this position you will be responsible for the Quantity Surveying function including all pre-contract estimating of MEP Systems as well as advising the company on the procurement process. As well as this you will deal with tender management, post contract cost control and final accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience managing NEC and JCT contracts ranging from £5m to £30m. It is also essential that you can manage relationships with key clients and work both within a team environment and using your own initiative. If you also hold MRICS or related accreditation, that would be advantageous.

The Person:
*Degree in Quantity Surveying (desirable)
*Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or similar accreditation (desirable)
*Experience administrating NEC or JCT contracts valued between £5m and £30m
*Previous experience in related industry; Engineering, Decarbonisation, Construction or M&E
*Commercial Acumen
