We have a very exciting Reception position for one of the leading global search firms based in Mayfair. If you love the front of house role, charming cleints and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment this is a fantastic place to work where staff are rewarded for their contribution and hard work. As receptionist in a team of two, you will both be first point of contact and an ambassador for the firm. The hours are 10.00 am to 6.30 pm but the shift may vary at times. This is a very varied role with a range of responsibilities. Duties may include: Meeting and Greeting VIPs/Guests Handling calls and office switch board, screening sales calls Scheduling and managing meeting rooms Events; setting up lunches & breakfast meetings Managing the reception area General office management/assistanceThe successful candidate will have reception experience in a corporate company, be well presented, bright and charming with a warm and smiley personality.RMS Recruitment thanks you for your application and looks forward to speaking to you.
