Caretaker/Handy Man for local school

A well known Colchester school are looking for a Caretaker to join their team .
You will be working with the Caretaker team but also you must be able to work on your own initiative.
Your hours of work are 37per week and you will be required for 52 weeks of the year excluding holidays.
The successful applicant will be hard working, self-motivated and professional . As you will be supporting the smooth running of the site team the ideal Candidate will have hands-on experience of first line repairs and maintenance. You will be working with the team on a range of caretaking duties including porterage, security and proactive management of the school site.
If you are successful you will have to have an enhanced DBS which the school will pay for
