The Role
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the functions of the cash department which is part of the larger finance team. They will be required to manage a varied and busy workload under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be involved in the following duties:
- Input of financial postings
- Reviewing and reconciliation of bank statements
- Processing daily banking of clients funds
- Printing cheques
- Card payments
- Processing invoices for purchase ledger system
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you must have the following -
- Previous experience within a similar role within a legal firm
- Understanding the legal technology and Law Society Accounting rules
- Excellent numeracy and problem solving skills
- A working knowledge of 3E or similar practice management system
