Your new role
As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all catering functions and back of house operations .
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute all catering events
- Manage staff and ensure they deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulation
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role (head chef with line management experience etc)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food and customer service
- 5 year UK work history
- To live in Coventry or be within a commutable distance
