The Role
It s a challenging role. It needs high levels of emotional intelligence as well as a practical and adaptable approach to issues that arise on our sites. Our CCTV Officer will be responsible for the running of a portfolio of sites and needs to have great communication skills. You will be the face of the company for both our officers (including Response Centre, Mobile Response, Static and Patrol) and our clients, making operationally, critical decisions daily.
This will include managing all incoming telephone calls, emails and radio communication, ensuring the efficient running of all teams and completing administration activities and operations to help reach the companies objectives and targets.

- Clear and concise communication at all levels as this role will include liaising with UHNW Clients
- Understanding of risk management and health & safety polices and approaches.
- Experience of operating in a regulated and quality-based industry.

- Able to manage and lead an effective team.
- Advanced knowledge of key software:
- Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Deep experience of the security industry including:
- Key services mobile patrols, keyholding, static guarding, etc
- Relevant quality standards e.g. ISO9001, SIA ACS scheme
- Knowledge and understanding of our service partner network
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To act as Officer in Charge of any incidents, liaising with all stakeholders and emergency services as required
- Managing shift manpower and changes to the roster, reporting to the Ops Management Team and imputing variations into Parim.
- Ensuring all mobile alarm activation requests are handled by the Mobile Response Team through to completion, including creating alarm reports and emailing to clients where required.
- Liaising with each Mobile Patrol Driver throughout their shift to ensure efficient and effective working practises, including monitoring via KIT and Tracker.
- Monitoring and responding to CCTV activations including Arlo activations.
- Monitoring and responding to technical client s alarm activations and ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Monitoring and responding to missed check calls and late book on s via Parim
- To ensure all Private Estate Security Teams complete hourly radio check calls, and respond if they are missed
- Providing general support to all areas of the business including technical queries.
- To monitor the office CCTV system and respond to incidents as required.
- Ensuring all reports, (VPI, inspections, patrol reports etc.) are created and sent to the relevant person as requested.
- Ensuring all supplier apps and portals are up to date after each shift.
- Updating the log of all missing site file information and actively chase clients for missing information.
- Ensuring a full daily handover is completed of the previous shift s activities to the relevant people.
- To assist the Response Centre Operations Manager with tasks as required.
