Wentloog Security are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who have excellent communications skills both verbally and in writing to take on the role of a CCTV communications operator.
You will need to hold a CCTV licence and be able to demonstrate a keen ability to work as a team member and as an individual, being able to remain calm in challenging circumstances
How will you make an impact?
You will be responsible for monitoring all security, communication and fire safety systems within the designated region via the provided monitoring systems and working in the framework of Standard Operating Procedures.
Observe/respond to alarms (internally and via third parties), CCTV, phone lines and other monitoring systems.
Promptly respond to, compile and report all information in regards to theft, alarms, accidents, hazardous material releases, fires and other incidents that may occur.
Discern patterns in detail and think through problems for logical solutions.
Give direction and provide guidance to staff during emergencies.
Always maintain an alert and vigilant approach, to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment and take the appropriate steps in order to reduce disruption, loss or damage
