```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee our operations. The Centre Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the daily activities of the centre, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Duties:
- General day-to-day management of the team, delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Create and maintain positive and professional culture amongst the team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability
- Overall responsibility for the progression and development of the team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Billing and invoicing management for all clients
- Strong understanding and implementation of IT set up for clients and troubleshooting
- Conduct sales viewings together with the sales team and have a full understanding of sales forecast for the centre
- Oversee facilities and supervise health and safety management for the building
- Procure and manage external contractors/supplies to ensure cost efficiencies while maintaining high standard of work
- Reactive and on-call to any building issues and emergencies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
