Description
The Change Communications and Engagement Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing communications plans to drive behaviour change
- Work cross-functionally to ensure change initiatives are communicated effectively
- Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop mitigation strategies
- Increase employee engagement and drive cultural change
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists in the HR and Communications departments
- Report on the progress of change initiatives to senior management
- Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they help their teams navigate change
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation
Profile
A successful Change Communications and Engagement Lead should have:
- Degree-level education, preferably in a related field
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of how to use change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience in a not-for-profit or educational environment
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
