The Change Management Support Officer will lead the provision of an effective administrative service for the IT & Digital Change Management team. They will act as the first point of contact for the IT & Digital Change Management team, ensuring the team artefacts are maintained to a consistent standard. They will support the dissemination of communications, manage the on-boarding of contractors appointed to work within the team, and provide logistical support to the team for Directorate conferences and team away days.
To achieve this, they will have excellent written and oral communication skills, have proven themselves in the use of standard software packages and in-house software, such as Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. They will possess a broad understanding of procurement procedures and practice and be experienced in working in an administrative role, using systems and databases to capture, manipulate and analyse data, producing reports for colleagues.
This is an interesting and varied role, working to support a busy and engaging team as they focus on Change Management, digital skills and communication activities.
