Our client needs a business and process experienced Change Manager to Project Manage a work stream of activity as part of the Service Planning Transformation Programme.
Job description:
- Leading a cross programme focus on business processes definition and implementation
- Engaging and leading the conversation with senior management
- Leading a cross project, virtual team of process business analysis
Skills:
- Experience working within utility, water or energy industries
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Hands on experience leading and delivering change management projects (e.g. business process change, target operating model delivery)
- Has worked on similar projects such as transformation and changes, processes and embedding other activities into the business
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
