My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Change Manager for a Corporate Landlord Service Restructureon a Contract basis.
The role will support the senior team to launch the NHCLS Restructure report, including arranging meetings with Trade Unions, staff briefings and one to one meetings as required as part of the consultation process.
About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
• Translate proposed operating models into operational structure and job roles.
• Lead a programme of recruitment, recruiting to all new and vacant posts.
• Work with managers and impacted staff to ensure they are supported to explore other options or, where redundancy is the outcome, that they receive the support they need
• Ensure that all relevant Council systems are updated to reflect the new structures, posts and staff within NHCLS. This would include the People Directory, HR Establishment, Finance budgets and codes, and Digital Services directories
• Ensure all staff have an up to date JD and that service managers have all JDs relevant to their area
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
• Experience of delivering change for a local authority or ALMO / Housing association.
• Excellent understanding of change, restructure and transformation management.
• Experience implementing new structures
• Demonstrable experience leading recruitment programmes.
What’s on offer:
• Salary: £589+ per day inside IR35
