My London based client are looking for a Change Manager support a significant Digital "Ways of Working" Programme.
The Change Manager will work in the Change and Transformation team, but work closely with the Digital function within the organisation. The successful Change Manager must have previous demonstrable experience of Working within technology and digital teams and have managed and delivered Change on Ways of Working programmes - helping technology teams and the business move towards Agile Ways of Working.
The Change Manger will be responsible for scoping, planning, and leading the change for this Programme.
They will lead and support the change management analysis and asses change impact and have solid understanding of how people go through a change, adapt and process change.
The Change Manager will have Accountability for the design, development and implementation of change management activities required to ensure that the programme is able to deliver successfully.
The role will require 3 days a week on site in the clients London office.
Skills
- Demonstrable experience of leading Change on Ways of Working Programmes - helping and embedding change with technology teams and the business moving towards Agile
- Demonstrable experience of scoping, planning, leading and delivering a change programme for Ways of Working initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and terminology.
- PROSCI qualification preferred.
- Expereince of conducting change impact assessments, analysis and developing change management strategies.
- Demonstrable understanding of how people go through a change, adapt and process change.
- Demonstrable experience in influencing complex stakeholder landscapes (including c-suite level) to successfully deliver sustainable change.
- Experience of developing Change Persona's for Organisations.
- Experience of Working with business subject matter experts to identify changes and impact to strategy, process, people, culture, technology, data.
- Proven experience of individual ownership of change management activities on specific programmes.
- Experience of acting as an advisor on best practice and ambassador for change management across the organisation.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office particularly MS Projects, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
