Are you passionate about activating spirits brands in the off-trade?
The Advocate Group is partnered with a leading drinks business, on the hunt for an experienced Customer Marketing professional to lead, plan and execute the Off Trade Channel Strategy & Activation Plans.
This is a 12-month FTC and an opportunity for a driven FMCG marketing professional to make their mark on a diverse portfolio of spirits brands!
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of Off-trade channel strategy and activation plans
- Lead overall Channel Activation plan execution, working closely with the wider Customer Marketing team
- Manage, coach and inspire a team of Customer Marketing and Activation managers
- Drive actionable insights working with global/local insight managers and agency partners
- Work closely with commercial sales teams to drive a collaborative working relationship
- Manage and allocate budget
Person:
- Strong Customer/Shopper/Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG business
- Must have experience working in the Off-Trade channel
- Proven team leadership skills
- Portfolio brand and channel management experience
- Strong communicator who is able to work internally and externally.
- Results driven and commercially minded!
