Charity Coordinator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a global and well-established charity, with the appointment of a Charity Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

This company have an annual medical conference abroad, of which you will be required to attend. This will be an all-expenses paid for trip abroad, with previous locations being in Tokyo, Toronto, China, Finland, and Rio. Throughout the year, you will be building relationships with members who will be attending this conference, so being confident and people-focused will be a large part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact for people enquiring about their annual event, for example advising on locations, travel and accommodation etc.
• Monitoring the mailbox and responding to emails.
• Managing the entire membership process and resolving any payment issues.
• Setting up committee workshops, online meetings, podcasts etc.
• Supporting with projects throughout the year, in the UK and in Europe.
• General administration for the company.
