SalaryWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Scott's Kitchen on Victoria Terrace, Edinburgh. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in the culinary arts, a passion for food preparation, and an ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing food inventory, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and motivated to help us create an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to recipes and menus.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the proper temperature.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented in an attractive manner.
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide training as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
