We are recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work at Rockstar North.

Key responsibilities

• Able to prepare food for next day's service, Breakfast/ Salads/Soup/Vegetables/Mains
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of food safety and health and safety polices and use that knowledge
• Able to organise and prioritise tasks set by head Chef to ensure all work is completed
• Be flexible in some days start and finish times
