SalaryPURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- To consistently deliver good standards of food as per specs provided
- To carry out instructions given by SCOD
- To complete all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks as given by SCOD
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
- To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression
- To attend training and team meetings as required
- To undertake any such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
- To fully understand the Balans concept and mission statement and to enthusiastically ensure all team members are proficient in this area and can effectively communicate to others
- To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
