Your rate of pay and hours of work
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work on an ongoing, temporary basis. There are a variety of day and evening shifts, where you will earn an excellent rate of £15.00 per hour, with holiday pay accrued.
Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie
- Prepare meals for different events, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
- Take pride in preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes for various clients
- Understand and cater to specific allergies/dietary requirements of guests
- Maintain good hygiene practices at all times, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment

Demonstrated expertise as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting is essential, specifically within a 5-star hotel context. Proficiency in managing allergens, dietary needs, and adhering to rigorous health and safety protocols is required. Exceptional attention to detail is a must, along with the capability to achieve goals in a challenging atmosphere.
