Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie / Sous Chef to join our team at our award winning restaurant. As a CDP / Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared and presented to our customers. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines provided
- Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and presented in an appealing manner
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
