A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in the City This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm. There will be the opportunity to work evening events which is paid at overtime rates, This have a starting salary of £32-33k for a 40 hour contract. You also have 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays.
Working in a team of around 5/6 chefs and producing very high quality food to a Fine Dining Standard. You will be given the opportunity to help design dishes and give menu suggestions.
The Chef de Partie will need to be hard working and wanting to develop and grow in their career. You will have every opportunity to progress and step in to senior roles in the future should you be hard working and show enthusiasm.
The Chef de Partie will be cooking using the best ingredients and have access to a fully equipped kitchen working under a very encouraging and engaging Head Chef and Executive Chef.
We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment who have worked in Fine Dining or Restaurant / Hotel Chefs who have cooked to a Michelin or Rosette level who are wanting a better work / life balance with every weekend off!
