We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work with us in a high volume, busy staff restaurant.
Location: W1T 3JJ
Rate of pay: £29,400 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
- To prepare and, where necessary, serve all food to the highest standard for a high volume high quality staff dining outlet serving up to 400 customers for lunch on peak days with responsibility for the main course section preparing up to 300 portions
- To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus being prepared and where necessary identify shortages and instigate action to source ingredients
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
