Adkins & Cheurfi are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to work in one of the most highly regarded venues in the region.

The successful candidate will be:
- Working from seasonal menus using local produce
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Able to cook and present food to a high standard
- Able to manage their own section
- An all rounder in all aspects of the kitchen
- Expected to work weekends and the occasional split shift
Maintaining Rosette standard for the last 4 years, the client expects a chef of the highest standard, therefore, they are offering accommodation on site to allow ease of access on a daily basis.
