These new roles will be critical to our newly created Change and Innovation Directorate and will provide you with the opportunity to lead, shape and implement large-scale change programmes that integrate systems, data and customers through the best single asset we have – our workforce.
These two roles will work alongside each other in the same Directorate to galvanise the transformation and change programmes, helping mobilise and influence others to fully embrace the use of tech and changing the way the councils delivers services to our residents. The key to do this will be through engaging our workforce. We want to bring to life of our newly created values through a new behavioural framework that will confidently engage every member of our team to deliver excellence for our residents.
We serve two very different demographics, each with its own set of challenges, but both vibrant in culture, diverse in needs and abundant in opportunity.
