We're now on the hunt for a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to help ensure stability, security and scalability across our technology infrastructure and enterprise applications.

You'll orchestrate a robust and fit-for-purpose technology landscape across our diverse workforce, including Field based engineers, Customer Service agents, Marketing, Product, Software & Hardware Engineering, Sales, People, Finance and various Operational roles.

Here is how you can make an impact…
- Systems Management: You will be ultimately accountable for our IT Infrastructure to support both the current and future needs of the organisation. Aligned with this, you will manage, support and optimise the selection, deployment and maintenance of our internal applications. Plus ensure that we’re adhering to the required and correct IT Governance.
- Enterprise Systems: You will take the lead on the implementation and the subsequent optimisation of a new ERP system. You will also be accountable for optimising Salesforce across the business.
- Steer Innovation: Chart the course for our IT strategy, aligning it with our growth ambitions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with tech partners, leveraging their expertise to supercharge our offerings and customer experiences.
- Inspirational Leadership: Nurture and mentor our talented IT team. Foster an environment where innovation thrives, and everyone has a stake in our success.
- Security: Define and embed the ISO27001 framework, alongside the Cyber Security strategy and roadmap.
Electrify us with your skills:
We’re looking for someone who has a track record of supporting a scaling business and shaping their technology to be robust, easily accessible and evolving in line with the business needs. We’d love to chat with you, if you have experience of the following…
- Prior experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience of implementing ERP solutions such as (but not limited to) IFS, SAP, MS Dynamics and/or Oracle.
- Experience with scaleups and fast-paced growth environments.
- Strong understanding of IT best practices, governance, and compliance.
- Identifying & implementing Cyber Security processes and solutions.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation skills and interpersonal abilities.
- A highly analytical mindset with superb problem-solving skills.
