Job Description:
IN2 Consult are currently supporting an exciting FMCG business in Central London who are looking for a CFO to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will come from a FMCG background and will be working directly with the Founder and Investors. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the business forward and help them grow, as the business has grown significantly and is still expanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and ensure the financial strategy is robust
Lead the finance function ensuring the team is managed effectively
Partner with the founder and board of directors to provide financial insights to help make key decisions
Oversee financial reporting working with other finance members to ensure financial information is accurate
Have a strong understanding of operating costs, margin analysis and identify key insights to the business based on this analysis
Prepare and Present accurate and timely financial reports at monthly board meeting
Coordination and oversight of the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly reforecasts
Responsible for planning, resource allocation, and forecasting on a long term and short-term basis
Required Qualifications:
ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualified
FMCG and PE backed experience
Previous experience partnering with a Founder and the ability to explain complex finance matters in layman's terms
Ideally someone who has driven funding
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar CFO role within the FMCG industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in London. The role may require occasional travel for business meetings and industry events
