We are recruiting for an experienced manager who can apply their social care knowledge to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people. The successful candidate will hold the knowledge and passion necessary to help the management team deliver a robust Independent Reviewing service on behalf of children and young people.
To qualify you will be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and have recent experience of management within a statutory setting and knowledge of the Independent Reviewing Officer’s role.
Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their experience and knowledge of Foster Carer Reviews and Regulation 44 visits. The successful candidate will be a committed, creative, and passionate professional who has the skills to manage experienced workers and provide robust supervision practice to deliver high quality services.
The candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage challenging situations, be creative and flexible and be able to create a positive working atmosphere whereby worker well-being is prioritised.
