Children's Community Nurse

We are looking for a Children's Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist provider as part of their exciting growth plans. This Children's Community Nurse remote role is in the Sussex catchment area and comes with a generous salary of up to £36,500 and many excellent benefits including a company car or car allowance up to £4,800.

• Overseeing a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care
• Working in close partnership with local NHS services
• Focusing on IV therapy in the comfort of the patient's home.

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in community-based work (desirable but not essential)
• Experience within the acute setting
• To be competent in the administration of IV treatments
