About Us: Join an innovative care group dedicated to making a difference! We're seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead our single occupancy Children's Home, overseeing the care and development of young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will be based in a 3 bed property providing residential support to 1 young person. This is an established settled home.

• Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum

What You'll Do:

• Service Delivery: Fulfil the role of the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Lead in setting and evaluating care standards.
• Team Management: Provide effective leadership, promoting team development and effective teamwork. Lead recruitment, training, and development.
• Teaching & Training: Oversee professional supervision for staff, ensuring training needs are met. Provide advice and training to staff working with young people.
