This fast-growing property company based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Setting up leases and ensuring all costs are charged
- Reconciling bank accounts and overseeing client costs
- Producing client statements
- Dealing with complex queries
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar position and within the property sector would be an advantage.
- Strong attention and detail and analytically minded
- Able to deal with stakeholders internally and externally
- Part Qualified and studying towards CIMA or ACCA
