What would you be doing in this role?
Client Accounting & Service Charge:
- Manage asset Level bank accounts for various purposes.
- Perform bank receipting for ad-hoc receipts and reconcile transactions for audit purposes.
- Process bank refunds and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Distribute weekly bank reconciliations for asset Level Bank Accounts and general/ad hoc accounts.
- Handle ad-hoc income reconciliations, including commissions and deposits.
- Execute monthly rent sweeps in compliance with Client IPD requirements.
- Maintain asset-level deposit reconciliations and perform routine audits.
- Identify and address missing TDS accounts for setup/payment.
- Review and authorise supplier invoices for payment runs.
- Assist in annual budgeting for assets.
- Prepare estate budgets for recharging to commercial tenants.
- Input approved budget into the accounting system.
- Raise quarterly service charges and reconcile accounts.
- Request quarterly service charge funding from clients.
- Process year-end adjustments and audits.
- Raise balancing charges/credits post-audit.
- Reconcile and close service charge year.
Reporting:
- Reconcile deposit and bank accounts.
- Post any charges related to month-end/quarter-end.
- Ensure deferred income report is invoiced.
- Reconcile landlord service charge accounts.
- Authorise supplier invoices.
- Review and close/delete charges in the PO report.
- Verify and post petty cash/recharge invoices.
- Conduct detailed BVA analysis and recommend accruals/prepayments.
- Adhere to investor and general reporting deadlines.
Ad hoc:
- Manage tenant ledgers and transfer ad-hoc receipts or charges.
- Assist credit control with tenant transactions.
- Set up ad-hoc units/tenants and raise charges as needed.
- Reconcile dilapidation charges per ledgers.
- Set up commercial tenants and their rent charges.
- Assist with audit queries.
- Support Finance Team when required.

Ideal candidate?
- Extensive Property Management experience in a customer-focused setting.
- Adherence to company values and commitment to excellent customer care.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle diverse and challenging roles.
- Proficient in meeting strict deadlines and showcasing organisational efficiency.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using ICT packages.
