THE COMPANY: Our client is a management consulting firm who are seeking a Client Experience Events Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Assisting with planning multiple events at one time, processing all events bookings
- Providing administrative support to the events team and managing the events inbox
- Liaising with catering, hospitality and facilities to support on-site events
- Ensure the smooth running of all events and meetings
- Minimum 18 months experience organising corporate events
- Ability to collaborate with strong communication skills
- Excellent time-management, organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service
