Responsibilities of the Client Support Analyst
* Establishing and managing records of investors (including managing transfers and handling cases of deceased investors).
* Collaborating with investors to gather the required information, conducting risk assessments, and escalating matters when appropriate.
* Handling inquiries from investors.
* Contributing to the adherence of the fund's operations to the fund agreement.
* Conducting necessary checks on clients/investors, in compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations.
Background of the Client Support Analyst
* Strong time management abilities, thrive in high-pressure situations, and adept at prioritisation.
* Skilled in word processing and spreadsheet software.
* Familiarity with standard fund structures is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative team member.
