Client Operations

The role:

• Developing customized workflows, optimizing processes, and mitigating operational risks.
• Implement operational support solutions for EMEA clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, custodians, and internal teams globally
• Serve as the main contact for operational topics for EMEA Client group teams, prioritizing their needs and multitasking effectively
• Manage regional operational risks and problem-solving, collaborating with client group and IT teams
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance client service, working closely with Client Service Operations Managers
• Manage internal stakeholders and ensure regional regulatory requirements are met.

The Candidate:

• Ideal candidates possess strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
• At least 10 years of experience, and demonstratable operations and project management skills
• Evidence of initiating and managing change utilizing strong business judgment, risk analysis and risk mitigation techniques
• Working knowledge of custodian bank processes
• A positive attitude, and effective communication
