The role:
- Developing customized workflows, optimizing processes, and mitigating operational risks.
- Implement operational support solutions for EMEA clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, custodians, and internal teams globally
- Serve as the main contact for operational topics for EMEA Client group teams, prioritizing their needs and multitasking effectively
- Manage regional operational risks and problem-solving, collaborating with client group and IT teams
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance client service, working closely with Client Service Operations Managers
- Manage internal stakeholders and ensure regional regulatory requirements are met.
The Candidate:
- Ideal candidates possess strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
- At least 10 years of experience, and demonstratable operations and project management skills
- Evidence of initiating and managing change utilizing strong business judgment, risk analysis and risk mitigation techniques
- Working knowledge of custodian bank processes
- A positive attitude, and effective communication
