Senior Client Operations Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Client Success Manager within a well-established leadership consultancy. With a fantastic, credible and highly academic team, the company are looking for someone who would fit in well with this dynamic. The role is highly client focussed and account managerial in style. The ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and organisation skills, 5+ years in a fast-paced professional services environment and a great success rate in similar previous positions. The role is extremely client facing and typical duties will include developing strong client relationships and acting as the main point of contact. Furthermore, business acumen is valued, as there will be elements of business development expected within the role, and it would be beneficial if the candidate had experience in line management as well as brilliant Microsoft Excel skills.
