Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Client Partner/Account Manager to join our team. As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their long-term talent needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in their talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs, offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
- Act as a strategic partner, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices.
- Drive client retention and growth through exceptional service delivery and value-added solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in IT recruitment or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering innovative recruitment solutions.
