My client is a fast growing Financial Services business based in the Sale/Altrincham area. Due to continued growth they now are seeking a Client Pipeline and Delivery Manager.
The main purpose of this role will be the day-to-day management of the teams within the business who are working on new business and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients. This is all business to business. Reporting to the senior management, the required candidate will be highly experienced managing the teams and have a proven track record of the rapid delivery of business objectives. You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful strategies and the expertise to use data to drive decisions and identify improvements. The main focus of a role is the improve the commercial performance of the teams, improve team culture and achieve business objectives in line with the business growth.
Who is right for this role;
- Highly experienced managing teams and driving performance.

- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- Previous work experience in the Finance function is an advantage, as is a law firm or professional services background.
Responsibilities
- Management of the delivery teams - supporting and guiding the teams through day-to-day tasks and driving performance.
- Meet set targets in line with business growth.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Regular audits and management of the business pipeline to ensure the teams are taking all the necessary actions.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure the deliverables are met.
- Leading by example and creating a positive culture and togetherness across all areas of the floor by championing this daily.
- Dealing with the customer complaints.
- Continually developing your skills and knowledge in line with the company growth plan.
- Discussing development areas with the team and putting a plan in place to fill the knowledge gaps.
- Initiating changes to improve the business.
- Setting clear deadlines with the teams and holding them accountable for their own work.
- Carrying out effective 121-s with the teams, addressing any issues with the teams in a timely manner and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Optimizing resource allocation to meet business objectives.
