Job Description
The Reporting team within Global Client Services Operations sits under the Global Chief Operating Office within Legal & Generals' Investment Management business (LGIM).
This role sits within a team tasked with providing first class service for LGIM's clients which consists of client and fund regulatory report production across a diverse range of products. A key requirement of this role is to be able to demonstrate solution-based thinking and identify opportunities to add value to the clients' regulatory experience.
This is a 6-month project related position
What you'll be doing
  • Delivering fund Regulatory Reporting services across global mandates and client bases.
  • Adding value to the client service package to deliver a strong service for our Client Regulatory Reporting and ad-hoc based requests.
  • Interacting directly with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a good understanding of the data, systems and mandates we run, working alongside varying teams within LGIM.
  • Owning and managing end to end production and all deliverables, liaising with both internal and external parties, ensuring they are delivered accurately and in a timely manner. Deliverables include the production of KID and KIID documents, covering various fund ranges including PMC, ICAV, SICAV, LLF, CCF, ICVC, UTM.
  • Ensuring services are delivered within agreed SLA guidelines, and in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Demonstrating a good standard of Investment Management technical knowledge and an understanding of LGIM's products, brand, competitors and clients.
  • Working with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion in line with client expectations.
  • Identifying areas where efficiencies can be found, and processes can be streamlined for the benefit of the team and the wider business.
  • Building Strong relationships with key stakeholders for the benefit of ensuring provision of first-class client service.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of new and existing regulatory requirements across the various jurisdictions and the impact on Regulatory Reporting from LGIM.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working within the investment management including providing an exceptional level of client service and support to clients.
  • Good understanding of the various investment vehicles and strategy types run by large Asset Managers.
  • Previous experience in production of reporting outputs to various internal and external stakeholders
  • A track record of dealing with external and internal stakeholders, building significant relationships with contacts up to and including senior levels
  • Significant attention to detail and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong workflow management experience
  • Proficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
