Client Service Manager - Solihull
BENFITS: £40-80k depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, canteen, life assurance, private healthcare
We are looking for a Client Service Manager to be responsible and champion all the external communications and client experience within a leading technology company based in Solihull.
They are looking for someone who can ensure that the business is offering a top class service to all their clients and customers, and that all the communications that go out are of the right tone.
We need someone with a B2B background who has been involved in heading up Client Relations, training members of the team on communications with clients and taking a strategic approach that ensures that your company provides the very best customer services.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone to be in the office full time, however there may be some flexibility on hybrid working further down the line.
Key Requirements
- B2B Background
- Experience creating and implementing strategies around Customer/Client Service Excellence
- Experience in training staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to converse with clients up to C-Level
- Highly organised
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: £40000 - £80000 per annum + excellent benefits
