The opportunity
- As a Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
- Own and manage a client portfolio with higher level of client responsibility, as well as overseeing your team’s portfolios and having an input to workflow planning
- Deliver revenue and profitability targets
- Foster enduring client relationships
- Develop and inspire our smarter people plan
Day to day duties
- Work with the Payroll SLT to develop, a robust service delivery model
- Attend all client service review meetings
- Produce monthly client service reports for KPI’s
- Gathering feedback from payroll teams and clients to continuously improve the service offering
- Use Azets systems to export data to be analysed
- Design a new joiner training plan to ensure new joiners are proficient to process payrolls using existing systems and processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to translate data into value-add MI to enable sound decision making and insight
- Highly organised and responsive with the ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
