The opportunity

• As a Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
• Own and manage a client portfolio with higher level of client responsibility, as well as overseeing your team’s portfolios and having an input to workflow planning
• Deliver revenue and profitability targets
• Foster enduring client relationships
• Develop and inspire our smarter people plan

Day to day duties

• Work with the Payroll SLT to develop, a robust service delivery model
• Attend all client service review meetings
• Produce monthly client service reports for KPI’s
• Gathering feedback from payroll teams and clients to continuously improve the service offering
• Use Azets systems to export data to be analysed
• Design a new joiner training plan to ensure new joiners are proficient to process payrolls using existing systems and processes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills
• Confident stakeholder management
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to translate data into value-add MI to enable sound decision making and insight
• Highly organised and responsive with the ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
