Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager - South East London
Position Type: Full-time/permanent role (40 hours per week)
Salary Range: Starting from £52,000 to £56,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our clients large and state of the art nursing home in South East London. As a Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a similar role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall clinical management within our client's organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the clinical management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee and coordinate clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and protocols.
- Ensure effective communication between healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with a valid and active nursing license.
- Proven experience in a similar clinical management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
