A day in the life of…

As Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Cluster Revenue Manager with the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will manage day to day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue. You will Lead the reservations team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained.

Based in the Cluster Office of the Holiday Inn ibis Budget Manchester Airport you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

As part of the Manchester International Airport complex and situated within close proximity to all three terminals, this dual-site property boasts a combined 542 bedrooms and is now fully open.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 2/3 years experience of managing a busy hotel reservations team
  • Strong hotel brand experience
  • Systems experience preferably Opera V5 Opera Cloud
