We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join the organisation based in Central London. This is a full-time permanent post, attracting a competitive salary of up to £50,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. They also offer a hybrid working structure of 2 days a week from home.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service delivery to Commercial insurance customers. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated support to an Account Executive and delivering a quality service to new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include providing advice on suitable policies and risk management, processing and negotiating with clients and underwriters, issuing accurate and compliant documentation, handling claims, renewals and midterm adjustments of policies.
The successful candidate must have:
