SalaryCommercial Administrator - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Commercial Administrator with social housing experience to join rapidly-expanding property maintenance provider, based out of their main office in Bristol.
As a Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for reporting, cost reconcilliation and invoicing across a number of assigned contracts. We are looking for someone who has experience with SORs (schedule of rates) along with knowledge WIP (works in progress) and cost control/value recovery.
The starting basic salary for the Commercial Administrator is 28-30k with hybrid working on offer. You must have social housing experience along with profficiency in excel and invoicing/reporting software systems.
