BMSL require a Commercial Administrator at a site in Colinbrook, Slough.
Applicants must have some experience as a commercial Administrator previously.
Duties will include:
- Accounts preparation in accordance with month end timetable
- Weekly Transport accounts
- Weekly Storage accounts
- Respond to queries from commercial team or Clients.
- Support
- Preparing and analysing monthly variance reports
- Contract set up for new projects.
- Onboarding new clients/business account set up.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Skilled in Data Analytics
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- Proactive and willing attitude towards work
- Any additional reasonable duties requested by the Manager
It will be a Monday to Friday position.
14.50ph, 8 hours per day paid via umbrella.
