Commercial Associate, London

My client is a large national law firm that is very well-respected within the legal market for its contribution to the corporate and commercial, real estate, tax, employment, private client and finance work. The commercial team is looking for a mid-level associate to cover a tach and data protection focused case load, working closely with the firm's global clients.

This leading and innovative team is driven by technology in all of it's sector related work, and this role will involve advising and managing complex transactions across the corporate groups, including IP.

Applications are invited from candidates who are mid-level - at least 2 years PQE - who have trained and qualified with another top London or national law firm, ideally who has worked within a recognised commercial team that is known for its tech related work. Someone that has a background in science will be at an advantage.
